Teens trapped on roof of Scots high school sparks rescue operation as fire engines and police race to scene

dailyrecord.co.ukschool yesterday after two teens got trapped on the roof. Scottish Fire and Rescue sent two fire engines to the scene of Northfield Academy in Aberdeen after the pair were left stranded on the top of the building.
Police were also called the assist at the scene. The teens were eventually brought to safety.A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 4.16pm on Sunday, August 2 to reports of people trapped on a roof at a school in Aberdeen."Operations Control mobilised two appliances to the city's Northfield Academy, where firefighters helped lead the individuals to safety before leaving the scene."Police Scotland were contacted for comment..
