A teenager has been arrested and charged after an alleged rape at a city centre car park in Dundee. Police were called to a car park in Johnston Street after receiving reports of an alleged serious sexual assault at 2.40am on Sunday, August 13.
Following inquiries, police have confirmed a 17-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection. He has been released on an undertaking to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court at a later date.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A 17-year-old male has been arrested and charged in connection with the alleged serious sexual assault of a woman in Dundee on Sunday, 13 August 2023.
