manchestereveningnews.co.ukA teenager has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Trafford. Police and paramedics were called to the scene on Marsland Road in Sale just after 7.50pm this morning (Tuesday).

Marsland Road, at the junction with Brooklands Road, was closed off in both directions after the crash. There were long delays to traffic in the area, though the road has since been reopened.
