'Targeted attack' sees car set on fire in Paisley as police launch probe

Police in Paisley are appealing for CCTV and dash-cam footage after a car was set on fire. A silver Volkswagen Golf R32, parked on Thrushcraig Crescent, was deliberately set alight around 8.20pm on Wednesday, October 26.Enquiries carried out by cops have established three people dressed in black were seen prior to the incident which they are treating as a "targeted attack".One person was wearing a black hat, black top and black trousers.

They were wearing black and white trainers and carrying a petrol can.The second suspect was wearing a black hat, black top and black trousers with a white stripe down the trouser legs.

They were also seen carrying a pole.The third suspect was wearing a black hat, black top and black trousers with white trainers.
