Thousands of TalkTalk customers will see their bills rise in line with new call charges from next month. The telecoms giant said landline customers with its Unlimited UK Calls Boost plan will see their bill jump by £24 a year, adding to a string of New Year price hikes for customers.
The Unlimited UK Calls Boost plan allows TalkTalk customers to call standard UK landlines and mobiles at any time of day for no extra charge.
It's the only package that's rising in January - but there is a way to avoid it. The plan currently costs £12 a month, but that's rising to £14 a month on January 15 - adding £24 to annual bills.
