Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage (born March 5, 1963), better known by his stage name Joe Exotic, is an American former zoo operator, internet personality, musician, and convicted felon. The former owner and operator of the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park (a.k.a. G. W. Zoo) in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, Maldonado-Passage had claimed to be the most prolific breeder of tigers in the United States. He twice unsuccessfully ran for public office, first for President of the United States in 2016 as an independent, and then for Governor of Oklahoma in 2018 as a Libertarian.

Mark Owen has been compared to Tiger King Joe Exotic and TV presenter Keith Lemon. Take That wowed fans this week with a virtual gig but it was Mark's appearance that caught attention.

For the concert Mark sported a moustache, flamboyant yellow floral shirt with bright lemon-coloured trousers and a cream fedora.

And many thought Mark, who performed Shine with help from a step ladder in his garage, looked a lot like the big cat keeper from the Netflix series.

One fan wrote: "Why does Mark Owen now look like Tiger King extra?" Another said: "Mark Owen thinks he's Joe Exotic." Others joked that he looked like Celeb Juice host Keith, and said: "#TakeThat great stuff!
