The Libertines have today (November 10) announced details of a new intimate club tour for 2024. Check out all the dates below.Last month, the group announced their forthcoming new album ‘All Quiet On The Eastern Esplanade’, out March 2024, with the single ‘Run Run Run’.The Albionay Tour will see the band travel to Stockton, Liverpool, Milton Keynes, Cardiff and Derby next January to tour the new album, before heading to Falmouth, Southampton, Stoke, Leeds and Glasgow the following month.Tickets for the dates go on sale Tuesday (November 14) at 10:30am here.

The Libertines have shared the video for their new single ‘Run, Run, Run’.The clip, which you can view below, features “a life in a day of a seedy Flash Harry cab driver (played by His Dark Materials actor Geoff Bell), who drives his various customers round the fleshpots and watering holes of Margate in his retro Bentley Turbo motor, stopping off to pay off his gambling debts and neck a pigs ear or ten, before getting back on the job,” according to a press release.It was directed by Alex Brown who has previously worked with La Roux and James Blake and shot in Cliftonville, Margate and at the band’s nearby hotel The Albion Rooms.The clip is the first in a series of videos in the seaside town which will feature the characters from the songs (and the album cover artwork) from their new LP ‘All Quiet On The Eastern Esplanade’, which is out on March 8, 2024. Adam Green‘s music has been announced, with Father John Misty, Jenny Lewis and The Libertines all set to appear.The album, called ‘Moping In Style (A tribute to Adam Green)’ is scheduled for release on December 1. The Moldy Peaches member will have much of his solo material covered, including 2022’s ‘That Fucking Feeling’ and 2019’s ‘Engine of Paradise‘.

Pete Doherty has responded to a recent Channel 4 documentary which explored the death of Mark Blanco in 2006.Titled Pete Doherty, Who Killed My Son?, the documentary aired last month and looked into the passing of 30-year-old Mark Blanco, who died while attending a party that The Libertines and Babyshambles singer was also at.Held at the East London flat of Paul Roundhill, the incident took place in 2006 when the actor fell from the first-story balcony and died of a sustained head injury. Doherty has always denied any knowledge of how Blanco came to lie dying on the pavement after going over the stairwell balcony.
