Kevin Costner is set to pay out a hefty sum to his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, amid their contentious divorce.On Tuesday, a judge signed a tentative ruling ordering the star to pay $129,000 per month in child support, reports. While the sum is significant, it's only around half of what Baumgartner had been asking for in their divorce.The tentative ruling is pending and subject to possible change depending on an upcoming hearing in the next few months, in which both parties will have a chance to present their arguments.According to the recent court docs, both Costner and Baumgartner will each be responsible for covering 50 percent of health care expenses, as well as the cost of private school tuition and any extracurricular activities.As reported earlier this year, Baumgartner was originally asking the court to award her $248,000 per month in child support.According to court documents obtained by ET, Baumgartner, who shares three teenage children with the actor, provided a 2022 profit and loss statement for Costner's income for all sources in calendar year 2022 and claims Costner earned $19,517,064 in 2022.In a declaration submitted by a certified public accountant hired by Baumgartner to perform a forensic analysis of Costner's «gross cash flow available for child support,» the CPA concluded that Costner's average monthly cash flow is $1,536,808.The CPA determined that the monthly guideline child support due from Costner to Baumgartner is $152,681.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann have decided to call it quits. On Friday, July 7, ET confirmed with Kroy's lawyer, Marlys Berstrom, that both «parties are dismissing divorce action and reconciling.»This news comes after Kim and Kroy filed for divorce on May 5 — shortly after news of their financial and potential legal woes first broke — announcing they wanted to dissolve their marriage of 11 years. Following the divorce filing, things got very messy between the reality TV stars.

Armie Hammer and Elizabeth Chambers have come to an agreement with regard to custody of their two children, Harper, 8, and Ford, 6.According to documents obtained by , the  actor, 36, and his ex-wife, 40, have agreed on «joint legal custody,» meaning that both Hammer and Chambers will have to «cooperate and agree in making any and all decisions relating to the health, education and welfare» of their two kids.The agreement did not come without a few stipulations. Per the docs, both parties have agreed that it is not in their kids' «best interest to consistently have candy during either parent's respective custodial times» and that they will both refrain from giving their kids candy.They also agreed to co-parenting counseling and that neither will smoke in the presence of their kids.The agreement comes just weeks after the former couple settled their divorce after nearly three years.Per a Declaration of Default obtained by ET last month, Hammer and Chambers «entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court» and that the pair is asking «the court [to] approve the agreement.”Hammer and Chambers announced they were going their separate ways after 10 years on social media in July 2020, sharing identical statements that read, „Thirteen years as best friends, soulmates, partners and then parents. It has been an incredible journey, but together, we've decided to turn the page and move on from our marriage.
