Taking to Instagram in 2021, Abz shared a snap of himself in a black vest top that put his incredible fitness transformation on full display. Speaking to The Sun four years ago, he expressed his newfound zest for life, saying he'd got things back on a good course.

Star of boyband 5ive, Scott Robinson, has undergone a hair transplant claiming it will change his life for the better.
