T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris just got MUCH richer than they already are. The longtime couple just scored a massive victory in court against toy company MGA Entertainment, the maker of the popular “L.O.L.
Surprise! O.M.G.” dolls. T.I. and Tiny were awarded $71 million as part of their victory and they’re now reacting to the win. Keep reading to find out more… The couple sued MGA Entertainment for violating the intellectual property rights of a girl group they created called OMG Girlz.
The girl group was formed in 2009 and featured Tiny‘s daughter Zonnique Pullins with Bahja Rodriguez and Breaunna Womack.
Rolling Stone reports that the jury in the case ruled that “13 dolls among more than 30 at issue infringed on the trade dress and misappropriated the name, image, and likeness of the all-female band.” Tiny told the outlet, “I mean, wow.
