Susanna Reid responded to a fan calling her sexy by saying she can't stop eating at the moment. The Good Morning Britain presenter, 49, was flattered with the compliment on Twitter on Thursday.

One smitten fan just wanted her to know she was looking great on our screens. But her response left the user shocked as she told the sweet tweeter she can't stop scoffing at the moment.

Susanna responded: "I’m rather overdoing the comfort eating tbf." (sic) It comes hours after she clashed with Piers Morgan on Thursday.

Piers blasted "callous" GMB viewers who were against lockdown. He erupted into a rant at the government over their lack of preparation for a second lockdown.
