Susanna Reid

Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.

She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.

She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.

Susanna Reid was quick to respond to some hateful comments as she returned to Good Morning Britain. The presenter was back at the helm of the ITV news programme on Monday (April 17) for the first time in weeks.

She was back alongside Ed Balls after taking two weeks off of presenting duties on her annual Easter break. But it appears to everyone was as welcoming to Susanna's return as her co-host and fellow GMB stars as she found herself hitting back at some commentators on social media.

Taking to Twitter, Susanna shared a selfie of herself and Ed ready to get on air in the ITV studio. "Back @gmb - join us!" she simply shared in a tweet alongside the snap. "Think that might be dangerous," she remarked.

As another disgustingly wrote: "Rather s**t in my hands n clap," the 52-year-old broadcaster responded: "Don’t let me stop you Dean." And her reply prompted applause. @Ian85777 said: "Queen of putdowns.
