The Reds came from behind to beat their arch rivals 4-2 and now have both Leicester and Chelsea ahead of them in their sights.
A win over West Brom in their game in hand on Sunday would pull Liverpool to within a point of Chelsea and just three off Leicester going into the final two matchweeks, where their rivals still have to play each other.
That is after the small matter of the FA Cup final between them this weekend, while Leicester then host Tottenham on the last day, as Chelsea prepare for the Champions League final with a tricky trip to Aston Villa.
