Now, the actress has taken to social media to share a heartfelt message since the news broke.Sharing to her Instagram stories this morning, Amanda shared a quote from the late actor Robin Williams, with an image of the actor and words: "People don't fake depression...
they fake being okay. Remember that. Be kind." The story, which was originally posted by an account @positiveminds011 has since been deleted by Abbington.The absence was confirmed by Janette Manrara who hosts the Strictly spin-off It Takes Two.
She said: "We have some breaking news, unfortunately due to medical reasons, Amanda will not be taking part in Strictly Come Dancing this weekend."Strictly Come Dancing protocols mean that all being well, Amanda and Giovanni will return the following week.
