The 19-year-old actress failed to secure enough votes after her and professional dance partner Gorka Marquez's impressive doll-themed routine.
They had to dance again in tonight's results show, up against The Wanted hunk Max and his partner Dianne Buswell. The judges ultimately decided to send Max home, with Maisie set to return to the dancefloor on Saturday - but viewers at home were furious that she'd been vulnerable in the first place.
