Strictly Come Dancing fans have been left 'in tears' after stumbling upon an old video of judge Craig Revel Horwood leading a dance-exercise routine online.The 59-year-old has been a judge on Strictly since the competition's first series in 2004, before which he was a dancer and choreographer for West End musicals.
However, outside of his Strictly role, Osteoporosis awareness and prevention is a cause close to Craig's heart - as fans learnt when they dug up a video from 2012 of the dancer performing 'Boogie For You Bones' for the National Osteoporosis Society.
In the video, Craig teaches viewers a routine that's designed to "building stronger, life-saving bones". "Everyone can take simple steps to build up their bones.
Dance is a fantastic form of exercise because it's exciting and appeals to people of all ages and abilities," he says in the clip. "Dance your way to stronger bones!" In the four-minute video, Craig performs a number of eye-catching dance moves, from the more classical 'Salsa' and 'Charleston' moves to the 'sugar baby' and 'skeletal'.The resurfaced clip has tickled fans, with one sharing the video on Reddit alongside the caption: "I was searching YouTube for videos of the judges dancing, and came across this video of Craig.
