Chris McCausland has admitted he's 'still a wreck' after the emotions got the better of him and his dance partner Dianne Buswell on Strictly Come Dancing over the weekend.

The comedian and the professional dancer performed two dances during the penultimate week of the competition on Saturday night (December 7) alongside their four fellow semi-finalists.

Chris and Dianne kicked off their fight to be in the final by performing a Charleston to When You’re Smiling by The Blue Vipers Of Brooklyn which was awarded 33 points by the judges.

Their other dance, a Viennese waltz to Nothing Else Matters by Metallica, received 36 points from the judges.
