Kelvin Warren Fletcher (born 17 January 1984) is an English actor and racing driver, best known for playing Andy Sugden in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale from 1996 until 2016. In 2019, Fletcher won the seventeenth series of Strictly Come Dancing with his professional partner Oti Mabuse.

thesun.co.ukSTRICTLY is facing an exodus after it emerged Oti Mabuse and Aljaz Skorjanec have both told pals they plan to quit the hit show next year.
The pro dancers will hand in their notices after this series for projects away from the ballroom, sources say. Oti, 31, is the show’s most successful pro having won twice, with Kelvin Fletcher and Bill Bailey.
Aljaz, 31, won with Abbey Clancy in 2013 and is the longest-serving male professional still competing. It is thought the pair have not yet told the BBC.
Katya Jones, 32, has also reportedly threatened to quit and an insider said: “Bosses will worry other stars could follow.” In last night’s show Dan Walker, 44, and Nadiya Bychkova, 32, danced to The Proclaimers’ King of the Road.
