Adam Clarke, 30, of Arnfield Road, Stockport has been charged with attempted murder, common assault, and dangerous driving. He is due to appear at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning. Police were called at 5.25am and found that the vehicle had left the scene. It was followed at a distance to prevent a pursuit, Lancashire Police said.
