Fostering is a fantastic way to change the life of a child. Giving a young person a safe home and taking care of their practical and emotional needs can be one of the most rewarding decisions you ever make.

And Stockport council are urging people to sign up as foster carers as more children continue to need care during the coronavirus crisis, especially siblings and teenagers.

The pandemic has caused an extra strain on the lives of children and their family living conditions. Providing them with a supportive environment during this uncertain period in their lives is vital.
