A man is suing Steve-O and Chris Pontius over a life-changing head injury he allegedly incurred while assisting them with an ill-fated stunt in 2018.Michael Vicens-Segura claims the two stuntmen asked if they could used his jet ski for a project they were shooting in Puerto Rico, according toTMZ.But a mishap occurred during the stunt which left Vinsens-Segura with a head injury that has allegedly impeded with his ability to work and caused him pain.

He is now seeking more than $12 million and suing Steve-O, Pontius, and others. They would then speed off to see who would get pulled off their jet ski first.Vincens-Segura claims a similar feat was done by the Jackass team in the past.The stunt, 'BMX Tug of War', was done in the 2002 film Jackass: The Movie.

TMZ reports that Vincens-Segura was'asked to hold one of the jet skis steady in the water because of the waves that day,' which he claims to have done.However, as the duo stepped on the gas, Steve-O's bungee cord 'snapped off the harness attached to his back,' flew towards Vincens-Segura, and struck him 'hard on the side of the head.' The collision allegedly left a huge gash.
