ok.co.ukStephen Mulhern has opened up about his latest ITV show You Bet! with Holly Willoughby, revealing that he was "so glad" he had her "for support" while filming some of the more tense scenes in the series.
You Bet! sees the studio audience and the show's celebrity panel bet on whether competitors can pull off extraordinary feats.
The audience's favourite challenger takes home £10,000, while the losing celebrity has to face a hilarious forfeit which sees them perform with the cast of a West End musical without a rehearsal.
With some contenders taking on daring challenges, Stephen revealed that he was left "hanging onto" co-host Holly as they watched from the side-lines. "They are really nail-biting and we were literally hanging onto each other," he explained. "In one challenge, the challenger is attempting to scale the outside of a multi-storey car park to get to the top faster than a professional driver can drive up it. "The climber slipped, the driver was almost hitting the posts, we could hardly watch.
