She filed a police report shortly after the alleged ordeal.Ratray denied all allegations against him and told the outlet he “did not have sex” with Smith.Ratray was last year arrested on domestic violence charges in an unrelated incident after he was accused of trying to strangle his then-girlfriend.He was later released on a $25,000 bond and pleaded not guilty.After his arrest in December, Smith began wondering why her case was not being investigated.According to CNN, the case was shelved because police thought Smith didn’t want to press charges against Ratray.Smith is now “in touch” with officials who are handling the case.
