The 34 year old returned to social media on Sunday, 7 January after being uncharacteristically quiet online, and explained how her recent family trip hadn't ended as she'd hoped and she'd been recovering at her home in Essex.
Addressing her followers in a series of Instagram Stories, Stacey apologised for not sharing any posts lately. She began: "I'm so sorry but we had like, the worst exit to Jamaica of all time.
I can't even get over what's happened." She went on to explain that during her last night in Jamaica, she'd began to feel poorly, but presumed she simply had caught the flu. "On the night before we were travelling home, I started to feel a little bit, like 'fluey'.
