In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Stacey was asked: “How many bedrooms do you have? (Room for more pickles?)” And the 31-year-old, who shares Rex, one, with fiancé Joe Swash, along with Zachary, 13, and Leighton, eight, from previous relationships, said the spare bedroom would be for "pickle number four" if she ever had more children.
