Stacey Solomon has reached a huge milestone in her career and has thanked fans for their continuous love and support. The Loose Woman star took to Instagram to share an adorable picture with her family to celebrate reaching five million followers.

The 32-year-old was all smiles as she posed alongside her fiancé Joe Swash, two-year-old son Rex, her sons Zachary and Leighton, whilst holding baby Rose.

But in the caption, where she credited her followers for always 'being there' for her, Stacey pointed out a hilarious detail after admitting they had 'tried so hard' to get the best snap. How did this happen, honestly I know I sound like a broken record but I genuinely love coming on here and can't explain how much laughter and happiness you bring us. "It really is like having a chat with your mates every day and it’s the loveliest feeling.
