Stacey Solomon has shared the heartwarming moment that she was reunited with her two year old son Rex at her £1.2million home.The 32 year old, who recently penned a heartfelt tribute to the late Jamal Edwards, took to Instagram to share with her five million followers the sweet moment that she walked through the living room door at Pickle Cottage in Essex.

Stacey was greeted by her two year old son Rex, who she shares with fiancé Joe Swash, 40, as she opened the door while carrying four month old daughter Rose in a baby car seat.

Captioning the sweet footage, Stacey penned: "Finally home. It's been the longest week without them. But it's all for them in the end. "I spent the whole of yesterday trying to have some time with the big boys before back to school today."
