Former X Factor star Stacey, 34, fell pregnant with Zachary when she was just 17 years old, and she brought him along to auditions for the now-defunct ITV talent show in 2009 when he was a baby.
Stacey is now mum to five children - Zachary, 16, son Leighton, 11, from previous relationships, as well as third son, Rex, and daughters, Rose, two, and one year old Belle with her husband, Joe Swash, 42.
In her Instagram tributes to Zachary on his birthday, Stacey said "we grew up together" as she praised him for the young man he has grown into.
