Sort Your Life Out viewers have told Stacey Solomon she's 'doing good' after a rare appearance was made in the final episode of the series.

The popular show returned to BBC One on last month and once again saw Stacey, 34, and her team - Dilly Carter, Iwan Carrington and Rob Bent - help new families complete a life-changing declutter of their homes.

During the last episode of the series, the Sort Your Life Out team helped Martin and Shirley declutter their family home after their two adoptive daughters had moved out as they revealed their plans to open up their home to a foster child when they retire.

Shirley movingly explained that she found it difficult to throw her two daughters' things away because there was a time she thought they'd never have children.
