St Mirren chairman Gordon Scott believes the best thing for Scottish football is to draw a line under the current campaign and start focusing on next season.The club supremo is adamant it would take a miracle to get this season finished in time, with UEFA imposing a deadline of June 30 for all domestic action around the continent to be completed.
But Scott insists it’s time to prioritise getting next season up and running on time, even if that sees relegation meted out to clubs like Hearts and Partick Thistle.
He said: “I can’t see any way that this season will get going again. Unless somebody comes up with a miracle cure for the virus, I just can’t see how you can.“My opinion is we should focus all our efforts on getting next season
