Spike Lee Apologizes For Defending Woody Allen On Friday

Allen has been accused of molesting his adopted daughter, Dylan Farrow, over twenty years ago and Spike Lee defended him in a new interview with 710 WOR’s In The Morning program.
As it was previously reported, Lee dished on Allen’s purported fall from the entertainment business when he spoke with Len Berman and Michael Riedel.
Spike Lee addressed the Dylan Farrow controversy, stating that he knew Woody and he was a good friend of his. Lee says that the whole thing just isn’t him, and the cancel culture phenomenon in the entertainment world is a mistake.
