James Ward-Prowse equalled Cristiano Ronaldo's Premier League free-kick tally on Wednesday night. Ward-Prowse scored his 11th goal direct from a free-kick as Southampton drew 2-2 with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
The midfielder now has as many goals scored directly from free-kicks in the top-flight as Manchester United superstar Ronaldo (11).
It's worth noting, Sebastian Larsson and Laurent Robert also have 11 free-kick goals, which meant Ward-Prowse's goal brought him into an elusive club.
But United legend David Beckham leads the way for free-kicks directly scored in the top flight with 18 goals. Thierry Henry and Gianfranco Zola are joint-second on the list behind Beckham with 12 direct free-kick goals each.
