South Lanarkshire Council is launching its winter clothing donation campaign to help residents most in need.With the coming months being especially tough for some locals and the cost-of-living crisis impacting many, the local authority has a variety of projects to help people.The council is looking for preloved winter jackets for its annual winter clothing campaign, preloved bedding for its Rag Rug project, and odds and ends of wool for its knitting group – with seasonal products being donated to various charities.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
