More than 330 players, 40 coaches and hundreds of spectators descended on Greenlaw for Stewartry Sharks’ festival of mini rugby.
The Sharks had the opportunity to lace up their boots against teams from Newton Stewart, Dumfries, Wigtownshire, Moffat and Carrick RFC.
The festival was divided into P1/2, P3, P4, P5 and combined P6/7 and was played as a round robin competition. Facing so many teams with their own style of play in the same day was a great chance for the youngsters to test every part of their game.
It was a morning of exciting, fun filled rugby and the improvement in all the players since the beginning of the year was fantastic to see.
