Sofyan Amrabat will not be returning to Fiorentina when the transfer market reopens, according to reports, amid reports that the Manchester United loanee is "unhappy" with his situation at Old Trafford.
United signed Amrabat on loan over the summer, completing their move for the midfielder just hours before the summer transfer window closed.
He was brought in to provide competition and cover for Casemiro and boost the options available to Erik ten Hag in defensive midfield.
However, the Morocco international has been unable to make much of an impact so far. United do have an option to make his transfer permanent for a fee of €20million plus add-ons next summer.
