P-B-R, professional blunt roller."Snoop Dogg continued to say that if someone is great at something that he needs, he's hiring them.Speaking about his "PBR's" salary and benefits, the rapper revealed that he pays somewhere between $40,000 (£31,000) and $50,000 (£39,900) a year for the role.On the benefits they get, Snoop Dogg said: "Free weed- all paid expenses.
