Six teams in contention for developing area only minutes from city centre
manchestereveningnews.co.ukSix teams have been shortlisted by the Manchester City Council to submit tenders to develop a new Neighbourhood Development Framework (NDF) for Holt Town.
Located between Ancoats and New Islington, Holt Town is being labelled as a new opportunity for a safe neighbourhood just minutes from the city centre.
It is hoped that the long-term investment plan will have improved access to green spaces and canals. The six selected teams to be the lead consultants are: • Allies and Morrison • Gensler • Macreanor Lavington • Plan-It • Prior and Partners • Studio Egret Wes All of the teams are now in the process of completing their submissions to the council due in January 2024.
