Olympic legend Chris Hoy has shared an uplifting update amidst his health battles, having enjoyed a cycling trip while on a family holiday.
The champion cyclist had previously disclosed in February that he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and more recently shared that his wife Sarra is fighting an aggressive form of Multiple Sclerosis.
The 48-year-old expressed concerns about his children finding out about his illness from others and the potential impact of such news.
To manage this, he took his family away for half-term, hoping for a quieter period upon their return. He remarked: "Hopefully the dust will have settled.
