Black Lives Matter protests have largely been planned and co-ordinated using social media. But an opposing force of hardcore right-wing extremists are openly discussing racist violence on smaller unmoderated networks such as Telegram.Over 200 White supremacist groups on Telegram have with formed, or increased in activity since the start of the BLM demonstrations.The groups have names like "Only White Lives Matter" and "Hans's Right Wing Terror Center."London-based think tank ISD – the Institute for Strategic Dialogue – says that between them these groups have thousands of members both in the US and the UK.The ISD added that some of the violent acts discussed on Telegram have already been acted out in the real world.The pro-violence movement.
