A Shotts social enterprise has been praised by anti-poverty campaigners following its decision to pay the Real Living Wage to employees.Your Pay Your Way has this week been accredited as a Living Wage employer.The Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at Your Pay Your Way receive a minimum hourly wage of £9.90.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
