Terrifying videos show masked teenagers launching fireworks from across the road and into blazes last night as chaos unfolded on Halloween.
Unidentifiable youths were filmed climbing and jumping on top of cars while roads were torched near family homes.In one clip, a mob of around 20 are seen pelting fireworks on a main road as smoke and bright sparks illuminated the street.
The teens are then heard laughing and chanting as sparks fly beside vehicles and houses.Two fire engines and a police helicopter were drafted to the scene in response to several incidents.
