Happy Mondays legend Shaun Ryder says he doesn't expect to live much longer after he planned his funeral with bandmate Bez as part of a new Channel 4 series.
The Salford-born star, who also fronts Black Grape and is a regular of Celebrity Gogglebox, has struggled with a number of health issues in recent years, and lost his brother Paul in 2022 - aged 58.
Shaun has battled thyroid problems, ADHD and weight gain for which he has been taking the 'skinny jab' Ozempic. He has also suffered significant hearing loss thanks to years of loud gigs and festivals and has joint pain which may be down to arthritis.
Shaun has also been open about the health problems caused by years of heroin addiction. His health was thrust into the public eye when he appeared on the South Africa special of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
