However, it’s not clear what she plans to do with amount the highest bid. “We don’t know specifically what Shanna is planning to do with the money,” Steven Schneider, co-CEO of WORTHY.COM, shared with the outlet. “But, trust that she will use the proceeds to turn the reminders of the past into new opportunities as many of our sellers do.” The site is aiding Shanna in getting “the most value for her engagement ring” and the auction is set to run until Tuesday, May 31.
Currently, the leading bid is just over $70,000. “With the activity we are seeing so far and the feedback we are getting from our exclusive network of professional buyers, we are confident that we will be able to reach Shanna’s reserve price,” Steven added.
