Shakira has 'surprised' her fans by unveiling a dramatic new transformation with bright pink hair. The 44-year-old Colombian native decided to switch up her signature blonde curls for a striking new pink look.

Taking to Instagram, the Hips Don't Lie songstress filmed herself as she blow dried her long pink locks. Sharing the results with her 70.2 million Instagram followers, Shakira explained that she had been aiming a lighter look.
