Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), also known by her nickname J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. In 1991, Lopez began appearing as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color, where she remained a regular until she decided to pursue an acting career in 1993. For her first leading role in the 1997 Selena biopic of the same name, Lopez received a Golden Globe nomination and became the first Latin actress to earn over US$1 million for a film. Selena Gomez has an exciting new project! The 28-year-old Rare singer will host a multi-network broadcast and streaming special “to inspire confidence in the COVID-19 vaccine and support equitable vaccine distribution,” per THR.

The concert will also feature performances from Jennifer Lopez, the Foo Fighters, H.E.R., J Balvin and Eddie Vedder. “I’m honored to be hosting VAX LIVE: The Concert to Reunite the World,” Selena said in a statement. “This is a historic moment to encourage people around the world to take the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available to them, call on world leaders to share vaccine doses equitably and to bring people together for a night of music in a way that hasn’t felt possible in the past year.
