Kilmarnock chip shop has been forced to close after a worker tested positive for coronavirus. Ferri's Cafe announced this evening that it will be closing until next week after a member of staff contracted COVID-19.The famous ice-cream parlour and chippy said all staff have been tested as a precautionary measure but couldn't provide the same service with the remaining workforce.The news comes less than 24 hours after The Plaice to Be was shut down after a member of staff tested positive for the virus.
