Man cut from car after horror two-car smash closes A9 near Kelpies

FalkirkEmergency services were called to the scene on the A9 between Etna Road and Westfield Roundabout shortly before 5pm on Friday, April 30.

Paramedics and fire crews were also called to assist as police closed down the road to other motorists.The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they sent two appliances to the crash and used hydraulic rescue equipment to free a male traveller.He was handed into the care of the Scottish Ambulance Service.It is not currently known if anyone was injured in the incident.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a two-car road crash on the A9 between Etna Road and Westfield Roundabout in Falkirk around 4.45pm on Friday, 30 April, 2021.“Emergency services are in attendance and.
