ok.co.ukEx-This Morning star Phillip Schofield is returning to the screen after signing up for a new show. His reappearance on mainstream TV comes 16-months after his departure from the daytime show.
It’s been revealed that the presenter has secretly filmed Channel 5 special Cast Away. It’s a show which requires him to give up his home comforts for 10 days of soul-searching on a tropical island in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Madagascar.
Not only that but Phillip will discuss the events around his parting of ways with ITV as he fends for himself on the island.
The star has hinted about his appearance on the show on his social media. On Instagram, Phillip simply posted the words “Watch this space… 9am” followed by a wink face emoji.
