A social worker who caused a Jet2 flight to make an emergency landing by shouting and hitting the cabin crew has been pictured for the first time.
Heather Anne McCarroll, a mum-of-two, was on a flight from Belfast to Antalya, Turkey, when she started behaving badly and attacked the staff.
