An iconic Scottish hotel has been named as having the "best hospitality in the world" after winning a prestigious award. The luxury Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire was bestowed the Art of Hospitality Award as part of The World’s 50 Best Hotels awards 2023.
The Scots hotel, spa and golf resort was given the prize for offering the best hospitality experience out of any hotel across the world according to a panel of 580 experts.The historic Gleneagles, which is home to 232 bedrooms, is set in the small and charming town of Auchterarder.
Due to the hotel's secluded location, guests rarely leave the resort — with extensive facilities such as three golf courses designed to give visitors plenty to do.
